Amanda Hull, PhD
Dr. Amanda Hull is a licensed psychologist, providing individual and couples therapy grounded in the whole health approach. With over a decade of experience supporting Veterans, adults, women, caregivers, and individuals managing complex health conditions, her approach is holistic and values-based, drawing from a wide range of evidence-based therapies and whole health approaches. She offers a warm, collaborative space where clients can explore what matters most and move toward greater balance and fulfillment. Her training includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), as well as whole health approaches, such as nutritional psychology, health coaching, biofeedback, and mindfulness.
