Individual Therapy (50 min, $160)

I work alongside you to identify obstacles, understand their roots, and provide practical, personalized strategies to navigate challenges, build resilience, and live more in alignment with your values.
Couples Therapy (50 min, $190)
Couples therapy is a collaborative process designed to help partners reconnect with what matters most in their relationship and align their shared goals and values. I work with you to identify patterns and obstacles, explore their roots, and provide practical, personalized strategies to improve communication, strengthen connection, and navigate challenges together with greater understanding and resilience.

Amanda Hull, PhD
I am a licensed psychologist providing therapy through a whole health lens, supporting individuals and couples in navigating life transitions, mental health challenges, and chronic health conditions. With over a decade of experience in both clinical practice and leadership roles in whole health, my approach integrates evidence-based therapies, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), with whole health practices, such as nutritional psychology, biofeedback, and mindfulness. My intention is to offer a warm, collaborative space where clients can explore what matters most and cultivate balance, resilience, and a deeper sense of fulfillment. My therapy style is grounded in compassion and guided by a commitment to healing, personal growth, and overall well-being. When not providing therapy, I work as a consultant invested in transforming the larger landscape of healthcare. In my personal time, you can find me spending time with my husband and two young kids, traveling, exploring nature, or lost in a good book.
